Public Transportation-Pick-up / drop-off just steps away from condo. Full Service has now been expanded to the whole city! Pick-up and drop-off locations can be anywhere from Pass-a-Grille to the Blind Pass bridge. Freebee is a free, door-to-door, on-demand transportation service. Free BEACH RIDE is FREE service and drivers work for TIPS only. Serving Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille, Florida.

Payment Policy
50% deposit of rental required to secure reservation. If booking within 30 days of arrival full payment required.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in to include security/damage deposit and cleaning fee's. Optional cleaning available for additional fee.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposits returned in full within 7 days of check out.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund provided if cancellation 60 days prior to check in. 50% refund after the initial period days prior to check in date.
